Parade FAQS:

Our #1 priority with the lineup is safety, and Chamber Members receive a priority in the lineup.

Parade Line Up will be sent out and shared here on Friday, July 16th. Two reminders will be sent: Monday, July 19th, and Tuesday July 20th.
Lineup lists can also be found at the front and end of each street where the parade lines up.

Lineup begins at 6pm. The parade starts at 7pm and usually ends around 8:30pm.

Handouts are allowed at this year’s fair parade – but please know that handouts cannot be thrown and should be handed out.

If you are bringing and horses or other large animals – please inform us of this now so that we can take this into consideration while planning the lineup. Horses need to be attended to – they cannot be left without a rider or attendant if they are attached to a cart/carriage.

Please clean up after your group during line up and do not leave any items behind.

The parade is done whether it rains or shines.

If you have any questions or changes to your registration, please inform us by responding to this email or calling 315-376-2213.
