It is with deep regret that we acknowledge you will not be renewing your membership in the Lewis County Chamber of Commerce.
The Chamber team is working hard to provide true value to our member base. If that goal is not being met, we want to take the necessary steps to analyze the situation. With this in mind we have created this survey to review why you made the decision to leave. We would appreciate hearing your input in order to improve our Chamber.
